Shipping policy

  • Bella Diamonds uses a tracked and ‘’signed for’’ Shipping service for all orders. We will provide all customers with a dispatch confirmation email once orders have been shipped. This will provide all customers with a tracking number so you can see where your order is.

 

UK Shipping:

  • Orders places for delivery in the UK before 4pm Mondays to Fridays will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 1-2 days (excluding certain postcodes in the UK) using Royal mail tracked and ‘’signed for’’ fully insured service.
  • Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next day.
  • Orders places on Friday before 4pm will be delivered on Monday unless the customer has requested Saturday Delivery.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered on the Following Tuesday.

 

Postcodes throughout the UK have certain restrictions in regard to delivery times.

Worldwide Shipping

  • Orders shipped outside the UK including Ireland are shipped using Royal Mail tracked and signed, FedEx Express or DHL. Delivery times are dependent on the country but should be delivered within 6 days.
  • Orders for certain countries may be subject to import taxes (which we have no control over) Please be aware of this and it will be specified when an order is placed.

Overall information

  • Our internal packaging includes our, logo However external packaging is discrete and marked with the tracking service that will be used (Royal Mail, FedEx or DHL)
  • Orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided. Use this tracking number by inserting it on the website used for your order. For most orders royal mail will be used so please insert the tracking number on the Royal Mail website and you will be able to see the status of your order.
  • All orders are fully insured and must be signed for when delivered. Once signed for the package is no longer insured.
